Safety Week In Mitchieville--Part VI

Is it possible to put a price on a life? Is a life worth $50,000? $500,000? $5,000,000? There is no price for a human life, is there? Sure there is, in India, it's 7 cents.

Looking at this picture, I'm sure the blatant safety violation jumps right out at you. It's so obvious it's painful. Look at those pants! They're covered in a lead-based paint. That poor worker is going to get a bad headache and possibly some respitory illness.

Remember, safety counts, don't work with lead-filled pants.

Safety Week In Mitchieville--Part Deux

Safety should always be job #1. As proven in yesterday's post, there were many more safety concerns than even I had originally spotted. Good job Mitchievillians in seeing the various safety issues!

The picture shown is another example of a major safety hazard. It's obvious to me, and most likely to you, what the potential danger this worker faces. Please, Sir, bend at the knees when lifting heavy objects!

If worker keeps that nonsense up, he will throw his back out.

As part of Safety Week in Mitchieville, I have put together a series of pictures to highlight proper safety procedures. Your health and well-being are of paramount importance to me. Plus, you are a taxpayer, so, without you, there is no me (financially).

Have a look at this picture and point out what you see as the problem. You got it, the idiot is using a Robertson when this job clearly calls for a Phillips. Buddy in the picture is going to develop carpel tunnel syndrome if he isn't using the proper tools.
